### Disclaimer & Shipping Terms (Australia)
Certain bulky items are available for local pick-up only. Delivery may be arranged at the buyer’s expense, but we reserve the right to decline orders where shipping costs are disproportionately high.
For large-quantity orders, buyers are required to purchase a sample for inspection or request a product video before ordering to confirm the product’s appearance, materials, quality and suitability for their needs.
Returns based solely on personal preferences or expectations, where the goods match their description and any provided sample, are considered change-of-mind returns. We do not cover outbound or return shipping costs for such returns.
**Customer-Arranged Freight**
Buyers arranging their own freight must inform us of the estimated shipping cost before collection. All independently arranged freight is at the buyer’s expense. We do not cover or reimburse such costs, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
**Consumer Rights**
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights or guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
